December
- A poem I wrote was made into a picture book by CLA Kids (the Children’s Ministry Department of my church). Hurry to Bethlehem was then distributed to all elementary children to be memorized and performed as a part of the children’s Christmas presentation. Thank you, Laurel Archer and all others involved!

June 2017
On June 26th the Fraser Valley Poetry Society launched O Canada: Celebrating 150 Years. This anthology celebrating Canada’s 150th birthday contains 208 pages of poems about Canada and other subjects by 18 local poets as well many coloured photos. As I was the associate editor and reader for this project, it felt like a big accomplishment to get it all put together and published.
